1. Account Types: Individual, Corporate and Asset Management.
2. Valid identification of account holder/signatory(ies)-International
Passport or Drivers Licence.
3. Passport photograph(s) of signatory(ies).
4. Completion of account opening forms:
a. LeadCapital account opening form
b. CSCS Shareholders' Particulars Form (Form R005)
Additional requirements for corporate Clients:
i. Certificate of Incorporation
ii. Memorandum and Article of Association
iii. Particulars of Directors (Form C07)
