Abimbola Olashore– Chief Execuive Officer
Mr. Olashore is an Engineering graduate of the University of Hull, U.K. and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. A seasoned investment banker, over the years he has acquired in-dept knowledge and vast experience in the capital markets as well as financial advisory services in the public and private sectors.

Mr. Olashore joined the LeadBank Group in 1991 and became the Managing Director in 1997. As Managing Director of LeadBank, he established the bank as one of Nigeria's top Investment banks. The bank won repeatedly the Reuters/SBA award as the leading Nigerian Issuing House for three consecutive years. A Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IOD), he joined the Board of Ecobank Nigeria Plc as Executive Director where he helped set up their Investment banking arm before returning to LeadCapital Group where he is currently the Group CEO.

Wale Adewumi– Managing Director
Wale holds a Masters' Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University (formerly the University of Ife). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Before joining LeadCapital Limited as the Managing Director, he was the Financial Controller of Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited, prior to which he was at Leadbank Plc. With over seventeen years working experience, Wale has garnered vast experience in banking & finance, accounting, consulting, audit & business assurance practice.

Wale has attended various courses locally and abroad. He is an alumnus of both Lagos Business School and the International Banking Summer School (Edinburgh, 2002).
He at various times had served on the boards of various companies including; Nigerian Interbank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS), Royal Trust Assurance Limited and LBV Capital Limited.

He is currently the Group Managing Director for LeadCapital Plc.

Bunmi Jolayemi –Group Head Sales and Marketing
Bunmi holds Bachelor degrees in Linguistics and Law (LL.B) from University of Benin and University of Buckingham UK respectively and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Surrey UK.

She has work experience spanning over 13 years covering legal functions with Paul Usoro & Co, credit administration, corporate and commercial banking with Leadbank Plc and Ecobank Nig. Plc.

Sadiq Wasiri –Group Head Research
Sadiq is a 1983 Economics graduate of the University of Wales in the United Kingdom. He also holds a Masters degree in Financial Economics from the same University.

Sadiq commenced his research career at Financial Derivatives Company Limited in 1998, as a Senior Investment Analyst, before joining LeadBank as Head, Research and Strategic Planning in October 2000. After a 5 year stay at LeadBank, Sadiq moved to Afrinvest West Africa Limited as Head of Research in September 2006, where he raised a new and versatile research team as well as developed various tools of analysis for company valuation.

Sadiq joined LeadCapital in July 2007 and he is currently attached to the Corporate Finance and Research Unit.

Taiwo Olashore– Group Head Business Development Operations and Financial Control
Taiwo holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Wolverhampton, U.K. and a Masters degree in Finance and Management from Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, U.K.

He has 8 years working experience in treasury management functions. Prior to joining LeadCapital Plc he worked with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.

Muyiwa Adeyemi– CEO Lead Securities and Investment Limited
Muyiwa Adeyemi- CEO Lead Securities & Investment Limited Muyiwa is a graduate of University of Ilorin and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He is also a registered capital market operator with Securities and Exchange Commission.
He has vast work experience within and outside the financial sector. Prior to his joining LeadCapital Plc, he had worked in various capacities in Citi Investment Capital Limited, Securities Transaction and Trust Company Limited, Anchoria Investments and Trust Limited and Altrade Securities Limited.
He is currently the CEO for Lead Securities & Investments Limited.

Tosin Adepoju– CEO Lead Asset Management Limited
Tosin is a graduate of the University of Ilorin. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over 8 years experience in the area of financial management, analysis and reporting as well as sales.

Prior to joining LeadCapital Plc he worked in the Financial Control Department of Fountain Trust Bank.

He is currently the CEO Lead Asset Management Limited.

Margaret Egbe– Group Head Client Services, IT and Registrar Units
Margaret is a graduate of physics from the University of Calabar and an MBA (Information Technology) from the Federal University of Technology Akure. She is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

She is a Project Management Professional (PMI) and is also a qualified CISCO Certified Network Associate with a certificate in Project Management. Her working career started in February 2002 with Winning Look Nigeria Limited as a Sales and Customer Relationship Supervisor before joining Accelon Nigeria Limited in June 2004 where she left as a Support Services Manager in June 2008 to join LeadCapital Plc.

Foluso Olapo – Group Company Secretary/Legal Adviser
Foluso is a graduate of Ondo State University from where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B). After his call to the Nigerian Bar, he remained in active legal practice in the course of which he appeared at various levels of Courts and Tribunals within the country. His work experience in Company/ Commercial Law Practice took him to Omega savings & Loans Limited as the Head, Legal & Admin Services
